Series of sites along the Old Crow River in the northern Yukon, Canada, with bones of extinct Pleistocene animals and one tool (a flesher made of caribou bone) which once had a radiocarbon date of c 27,000 +/- 2000 BC. It is now dated to 1350 bp. Dating of other artifacts could show Old Crow to be among the earliest sites in the western hemisphere, going back some 40,000 years.
