Iron Age industry of southeastern Zaire which succeeds the Kisalian and is best known from numerous graves, especially at Sanga. The industry is dated between the 14th-18th centuries AD and is marked by an abundance of copper cross-shaped ingots (croisettes), of standardized weights, which may have served as a medium of exchange.
