A post-glacial hunter-gatherer and agricultural culture of the Korean peninsula, from the 7th-2nd millennia BC, who produced a Neolithic textured-surface pottery (Chulmun 'comb-patterned'). They began to cultivate millet by the end of the period and the pottery was succeeded by Mumun pottery. Shortly thereafter, rice was introduced. Chulmun sites are Amsadong, Tongsamdong, and Osan-Ri.
