[Sanskrit: ‘City of Lord Siva’]. Capital of king Isanavarman of Chenla, now Cambodia, (c616-c635) to whom the effective conquest of Fun an is attributed. It has been identified with some probability with the group of ruins at Sambor Prei Kuk, north of Kompong Thom.
